RETURN POLICY

 

We'll be happy to accept your items back within 10 days of you receiving for store credit. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 

Please note that all Sale items, Accessories, Active Sets, Swimwear, Bodysuits and Intimates are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a $15.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you. 

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a refund or exchange. You must send the damaged item(s) back in order to be refunded. Your item(s) must be shipped back to us within 10 days of you receiving it.

 

Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender. 

Used a discount code? No problem! We accept returns using discount codes unless otherwise stated. Note the item must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please email info@posture-boutique.com with all of your return needs. 

Please make sure your email includes:

- Order number

- First & last name

-Item name, color and size

-Reason for return

 

Customer is responsible for all reshipment fees(unless item was damaged/defected). We highly recommend proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels incurred during transit back to us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be given in the form of store credit.
